Access your private podcast feed
Every Audio Course includes a private podcast feed, so you can listen in your regular podcast app instead of only on the course page.
How it works
After you purchase a course or join Full Access, you should receive an email from Castos, our podcast hosting partner, with instructions for opening your private feed.
Each Audio Course has its own separate private feed. If you have access to multiple courses, you should receive a separate email for each one.
The email will usually include the course title in the sender name and subject line. For example:
From: Managing Depression in Primary Care
Subject: You’ve been added to Managing Depression in Primary Care
Set it up in 3 steps
- Open the Castos email on the phone or tablet where you listen to podcasts.
- Click “Listen now” under the option to open the course in your preferred podcast app.
- Follow the Castos instructions to add the private feed to your app.
Castos provides direct links or setup instructions for supported podcast apps such as Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Castbox, Downcast, Pocket Casts, and others.
Troubleshooting
- Search your inbox for Castos.
- Check spam, promotions, or other filtered folders.
- If you have access to more than one course, look for a separate email for each course.
- If you still do not see it, contact us and request a resend.
Note: Private podcast feeds are not currently available through Spotify. QuickTakes may be available there, but Audio Courses need to be accessed through one of the supported podcast apps.
