Refunds & Cancellations
14-Day Goodwill Refunds (QuickTakes Monthly & Annual). If you’re not satisfied, email collabpsych@collaborative-psychiatry.org within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we’ll issue a full refund.
- Renewals: Non-refundable; cancel before your renewal date in Account → Subscriptions.
- CME: No refunds after CME credit is claimed (or once a post-test/evaluation is completed).
- Material consumption: We may decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse (e.g., >20% of gated content downloaded or a course marked complete).
- Frequency: One refund per customer per product (we may refuse repeated requests).
- Access revocation: Approved refunds revoke site access for the refunded item and disable any private podcast feed tied to that purchase.
No refunds available for Full Access or One-off course purchases due to content protection risks.
CME Terms
Some activities are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ via joint providership with PeerPoint Medical Education Institute (the Accredited Provider). Accreditation and designation statements appear on eligible course pages.
- How to earn credit: (1) complete required content; (2) pass the post-test; (3) complete the evaluation; (4) provide required identifying information. Post-tests/evaluations are hosted by the Accredited Provider, and certificates are issued by that provider (typical timeline: 2–4 weeks).
- Independence & disclosures: Content is evidence-based and free of commercial bias. Relevant financial relationships are disclosed and mitigated per ACCME standards.
- Privacy: We share with the Accredited Provider the minimum information necessary to administer credit (e.g., name, email, profession, license details, completion data). See our Privacy Policy.
